The base for the lampshades of the Lastra 8 pendant lamp consists of a rectangular tempered transparent glass sheet. The lampshades itself are made of pressed glass with white liquid heat-resistant coating. The electrical supply to the light source is made by a senior silver paste, which is sealed by a protective ceramic paint. Furthermore this light is dimmable. It was designed by Antonio Citterio for Flos.
