The suspension lamp Icselle, designed by Dante Donegani und Giovanni Lauda, has a diameter of fifty centimetres. It was adapted to the PAR 56 halogen lamp, but in a larger scale.The lamp Icselle consists of two parts: a lens and a reflector. The lens is made of transparant glass, which impresses with its hexagonal, cap-shaped texture. The reflector is made of centrifuged glass. The two parts are solidly fastened to one another by an injection moulded polycarbonate ring. An embedded mat-finished diffuser distributes perfectly balanced and soft light thtough the lens. The white reflector diffuses the light in the room, while the black and the chrome reflectors shed the light downwards.
