Product information "Filo Tischleuchte"
"Would you hold my cable for a minute?" - said the lampshade to the stem and had no idea that this was the beginning of a beautiful lamp! Admittedly, the designer Andrea Anastasio might have had a say, too, as the idea for the witty piece emerged from his creative head. He called it "Filo" - Italian for cable, kind of obvious, but at the same time sonorous and pretty. The Italian manufacturer Foscarini took the design and presented the Filo table light in April 2017. Its construction is very simple, and yet so ingenious: it is made of a solid metal foot with a rod that ends in a curved hook. Attached to this is the wound up cable with a lampshade dangling casually from the end. Two large beads of glass or china are threaded onto the textile cable, which, as a special highlight, make the design perceft. Foscarini offers great color combinations with exotic named for the Filo Lamp. Pick your favorite!
