An installation of light and glass, that gently and yet dominantly occupies the room, creates volume and structure - the 14.26 pendant light from the Canadian manufacturer Bocci is exceptional. The particular fascination is due to the handmade glass spheres, of which each becomes unique by its small inclusions. In them rest the Long Life Xenon bulbs shielded from the outside world, but visible at any time. The design by Omer Arbel unfolds by composition and clustering of light sources that seem to float on a square canopy in brushed nickel.
