The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). It does not apply to consumers whose place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded. Please also note the exceptions set out in our Cancellation Policy (e. g. for custom-made goods).
